This year’s DISCUS User Conference is being held in Houston, Texas at the beautiful Hilton NASA Clear Lake during the week of May 22 – 25.

The DUG conference allows DISCUS users to come together and learn what other sites have accomplished over the year, meet with Neasi-Weber staff and learn what they have planned in the years to come.  Networking is a key ingredient of these conferences – not only are you learning in a classroom environment, you have the ability to talk, one on one, with Neasi-Weber staff in attendance, as well as other attendees from different sites.

Last year, at the DUG 2006 Conference, in Clearwater, Florida, we had over 40 attendees representing 11 major North American Newspapers.  We are expecting the same, if not more, type of representation this year.  This year’s committee is hard at work planning an informative and fun conference for everyone to enjoy.

The cost of this year’s conference is $500.00.  Please note that this amount is just a registration fee.  All room reservations will be made on your behalf, you’ll be responsible for paying for the room when checking out of the hotel.
